Share of families (total of all family members) who have benefited from housing programs in the total number of families in need of housing, percent:The calculation used data on the number of families who took advantage of one of the housing programs implemented by the State Fund for Promoting Youth Housing Construction or regional funds for supporting individual housing construction (excluding programs adopted by local governments), in the total number of families in need of housing − data from the registration list of candidates who are involved in obtaining a loan in accordance with submitted applications and questionnaires (State Fund for Promoting Youth Housing Construction) or the list of citizens − potential borrowers who are registered in regional funds.
