Comment and limitations

In 2015-2017, the Ministry of Regional Development did not provide for allocations for loans provided from the general fund of the state budget. The funds provided in the special fund of the state budget to increase the authorized capital of the State Specialized Financial Institution “State Fund for Support of Youth Housing Construction” were further used to provide loans under the State Program for Providing Housing to Youth for 2013-2020 (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, 11.05.2011 № 488).
