Comment and limitations

2023 — Programs are not funded in the territories included in the List of territories where hostilities are/were conducted or temporarily occupied by the russian federation, approved by the order of the Ministry of Reintegration dated 22.12.2022 № 309 “On Approval of the List of Territories where Hostilities are/were Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation”, namely Donetsk, Luhansk and Kharkiv regions. Programs in the territories of Kherson, Mykolayiv, Zaporizhzhya and Sumy regions are partially funded.
