In order to introduce a chemical management system in accordance with international standards and to promote the safe and sustainable use of chemicals, the Technical Regulation on the Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Chemical Products, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 10.05.2024 No. 539 (entered force on 15.11.2024), and the Technical Regulation on the Safety of Chemical Products, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 23.07.2024 No. 847 (entered force on 26.01.2025).
Data for 2015–2024 are lacking.
The Technical Regulation on the Safety of Chemical Products stipulates that business entities shall provide data on the implementation of a chemical management system in accordance with international standards during the preliminary registration of chemicals, which will last for one year after the entry into force of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 23.07.2024 No. 847 – 26.01.2025.
