| Comment and limitations |
Compensation for costs for humanitarian demining of agricultural lands has been initiated since 2024 in accordance with the Procedure for the Use of Funds Provided in the State Budget for Compensation for Costs for Humanitarian Demining of Agricultural Lands, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 12.03.2024 No. 284 (as amended) (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure), at the expense of the budget funds of the general fund of the state budget under the program KPKVK 1201420 “Compensation for Costs for Humanitarian Demining of Agricultural Lands” for 2024. The program for compensation to agricultural producers for humanitarian demining of agricultural land plots applies to plots that meet the requirements of paragraph 4 of the Procedure, which determines the location of such plots. |
