2019 — Monitoring of this indicator, starting from 2019, is carried out only for Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
2020 — In 2020, monitoring was not carried out due to the spread of the acute respiratory disease Covid-19, caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.
2022 — In 2022, monitoring was not carried out due to the fact that parts of the territories of Luhansk and Donetsk regions are temporarily occupied.
2023 — In 2023, monitoring was not carried out due to the fact that parts of the territories of Luhansk and Donetsk regions are temporarily occupied.
